Setting Up Add-ins for ClausionDR Manually

1. Open Microsoft Excel and select File > Options.

2. Select Add-ins and click Go.

   

3. Select ClausionDR for FPM and click OK.

   

4. ClausionDR for FPM and ClausionDR for FPM (Ribbon Helper) are visible under Active Application Add-ins.

   

5. Restart Excel. The ClausionDR tab is visible in the Excel menu.

Note: This is related to the installation manner. Not necessary if Excel is started from the .xll file in the installation folder.

Testing the DR connection

1. In the Microsoft Excel menu, select ClausionDR.

   

2. Test the connection by clicking About.

3. This step is different for on-premise and cloud:

   On-premise: the About window of the application opens.

   

   Cloud: Log in to DR with the FPM user ID and password (end-user view).

Creating a shortcut

1. Create a DR shortcut by clicking with the right (secondary) mouse button.

   

2. Select Send to > Desktop (create shortcut) to create the shortcut.

   

Note: This is related to the installation manner. This is not necessary if the Create shortcut only option was left unselected during installation.
