Introduction

This document includes information about the new features, other improvements, and corrected known issues implemented in Clausion 26.07.

New Features and Other Improvements

Multiple Doers and Reviewers in Workflow

Feature ID: FD-34914

You can now assign multiple doers and reviewers to a single workflow task, enabling parallel data entry and distributed review responsibilities. This makes it easier to manage backup persons and share workload across team members.

Assigning Multiple Doers and Reviewers

When creating or editing a workflow, the doer and reviewer fields now accept multiple selections. Click the dropdown to open a searchable list and select as many users as needed. The selected names are displayed as a comma-separated list in the task row. If the list is too long to display in full, hover over the field to see all assigned users in a tooltip.

You can use Apply to All to assign the same set of doers or reviewers across all selected units at once.

Dashboard and Execution Screen Behavior

On the dashboard, the first assigned doer or reviewer is displayed by default. If additional users are assigned, a +1 or +2 indicator appears next to the name. Hovering over this indicator shows the full list of assigned users.

Each user sees their own name listed first when they log in, regardless of the order in which users were assigned. This applies both to the dashboard widget and to the workflow execution screen.

Status Synchronization

Workflow task status is shared across all assigned doers. When one doer marks a task as Ready, the status is automatically updated for all other assigned doers as well. Permissions are removed for all doers simultaneously when the task moves to Ready status, and restored for all doers if the task is subsequently rejected.

Note: Activating a workflow with multiple doers or reviewers takes slightly longer than with a single user, as permissions are provisioned for each assigned user during activation. This applies only to the activation step and does not affect execution performance.

Desktop Client: Performance Improvement for Formula-Heavy Templates

Feature ID: FD-35721

Spread.net version 19 has been upgraded to version 26.03. The upgrade enables the use of an environment-specific default parameter defined at the database level, which can be overridden on a template-by-template basis to ensure optimal configuration. This change improves template performance.

Corrected Known Issues

Issue ID

Issue

Resolution

FD-35976

In templates with static account generation areas, the generated rows appear in an incorrect order.

The account generation logic has been corrected. Generated rows now appear in the correct order.

FD-32549

Web Client: Header rows configured in a row set disappear when the removeemptyblocks parameter is enabled and the first generated area contained no data rows. The behavior is inconsistent between the Desktop Client and the Web Client.

The removeemptyblocks function now also correctly removes header rows located between sections when no displayable combinations are generated for the section above. The behavior is now consistent between the desktop client and the web client.

FD-29134

Row sets with formulas referencing definition columns 2 through n do not work correctly.

Row set formula references to definition columns beyond the first column now resolve correctly.

FD-23991

Parameters <childfirst> and <showselectedunit> do not work correctly on a template that has multiple tabs.

The generate parameters are now applied consistently across all tabs and dynamically generated rows appear in the correct and consistent order on all template sheets.
