By clicking the Home icon on the navigation bar, you return to the dashboard from any other page.

The navigation bar and the tasks are available in the Clausion Web Client in three languages (Finnish, English, Swedish).

  • It is possible to keep the navigation bar visible all the time as wide, or you can collapse it as a narrow bar to the left side of the screen.

  • The server connection is displayed in the browser tab name.

The administrator tasks that have not been implemented yet are not visible in the Web Client (for example, managing of accounts and units).

v26.06:  Workflow view

The Workflow view provides an overview of all open workflows, each displayed in its own tab starting with the most recent. Selecting a tab opens it in the main view. Administrators can see all workflows, while doers and reviewers only see workflows that include tasks assigned to them.

The top-right corner includes search, refresh, and expand/minimize options. The search function works across all columns, such as units, reviewers, doers, and status. A status filter allows you to refine the list; by default, all statuses except approved are selected, making the view useful as a task-oriented to-do list.

You can expand a task using the arrow next to the task name to reveal details like units, assignments, subtask statuses, comments, and attachments. Color-coded triangle icons indicate urgency (yellow for nearing due date, red for overdue).

Clicking a task, unit, comment, or attachment opens the Workflow execution screen with the relevant context.

v25.06:  Resource Center

Resource Center provides access to resources that help you to get up to speed with the product faster. The resources include help articles, videos, and other resources such as links to the user documentation site, customer support, and an Aha form for submitting feature and improvement ideas.

To access the Resource Center, click the question mark icon at the bottom of the left navigation menu. The Resource Center panel will open, displaying the available resources. You can search for resources using the search field and filter the results to show only articles or videos by selecting the respective tabs.
