Using Clausion DROnline Add-in

The Clausion DROnline add-in is available in both the desktop and browser versions of Excel as a separate action button on the Home tab of the Excel ribbon

Installing Add-ins

1. Select the Home tab from the Excel ribbon and click on Add-ins.
2. A pop-up menu will appear. Type Clausion DR into the search field.
3. Click Add next to the Clausion DR entry in the search results.

The Clausion DR add-in will appear in the ribbon and you can start using it.

Getting started with Clausion DR Online

1. To start using Clausion DR Online, launch the desktop or browser version of the Excel application.
2. Go to the Home tab and click Clausion DR to get started.

Connecting to the service

1. In Setup, enter the service address to the Enter Service Address field. You can receive the service address from your Administrator.
   • The Recent Service URLs section displays a list of recently used URLs.
   • Each entry has the Set as Service URL option, and clicking on it populates the Clausion Service URL field with the selected URL.
   • Additionally, there is a delete icon next to each URL, which allows you to remove the URL from the recent list.
   • The 'https://' prefix of the service address is given by default.
   • The dropdown menu next to the infor icon includes the following options: Get support, Reload, Attach Debugger, and Security Info.
2. Click Sign-in.
3. If you receive a notification about opening a new window, click Allow.
4. A sign-in pop-up appears, prompting you to enter your credentials and log in.
5. A pop-up window opens telling the you are being connected to the service.
