Opening the Tasks
Folders and tasks open from the navigation bar.

Select a task by clicking the task name.

Open the input sheet or report by clicking Open.

v25.09: AI-assisted Dimension Extra Field Filter
You can use AI-assisted filtering of dimension extra fields when fetching data if you are using Clausion on the ISW platform.
Enter your desired filtering criteria in natural language into the AI Dimension Extra Field Filter search field, for example: "Apply filter for DIM00 where E01 is less than 30".
Click the AI Search button. The AI Filter Summary field will appear, containing a precise prompt generated by AI based on your query for data filtering.
When you click the Open button, the report will retrieve data according to the filter.
Note: You need to add the showdimextrafields element under the outlookparameter component in the User Interface for the AI search and filter fields to be visible in the Web Client.
You can also insert a predefined query into the field using the info icon next to the field name. Clicking the icon opens a pop-up window where you can select the query. Finally, click OK.
Note: To enable predefined queries, need to add the extrafieldqueries element under the showdimextrafields element in the User Interface.
v24.12: Validation messages on selections view
You may receive validation messages before or after opening a task or a template.
If a selection field is missing a value or the value is invalid, the field is highlighted in red, and a validation message appears under the field.
If a more complicated error or multiple errors prevent a task or template from opening, an error message box appears on top of the selections, displaying the error(s).
If an error occurs while a task or a template is open, you receive a toast notification about the error in the top right corner of Web Client.
Opening a folder or task in a new tab
You can open a folder or task in a new browser tab.
Move the mouse pointer over a folder or a task in the navigation bar.

Right-click on the navigation item and select Open in new tab.
