General Settings

The <parameters>, <parameter>, and <outlook> elements are in the system by default, and there are no attributes or values that must be defined for them.

Elements, attributes, and possible values

<screenname>

Path: <outlook><screenname>

Defines the name of the input, report, drill-down, or TR template window (shown in the title bar).

Possible values:

  • %TASK NAME%: the name defined for the main window in User Interface > Folder/Task Settings.

  • free text value

<screenlogo>

Path: <outlook><screenlogo>

Defines the gif file for the small icon shown in the input or reporting options view below the template name and in an open template below the ribbon.

Note: These files are included in the program code. You cannot use a file from outside the program.

Possible values:

  • input_arrow.gif (recommended for use on input templates and customized templates)

  • report_arrow.gif (recommended for use on reports)

  • favourite_star.gif

<screenbackground>

Path: <outlook><screenbackground>

Defines the gif file for the bar shown in the input/reporting options view below the template name and in an open template below the ribbon.

Note: These files are included in the program code. You cannot use a file from outside the program.

Possible values:

  • bar_green.gif (recommended for use on input templates and customized templates)

  • bar_yellow.gif (recommended for use on reports)

<dimensioncount>

Path: <outlook><dimensioncount>

Defines the number of dimensions present in the database.

Possible values:

  • %INCLUDE ALL DIMENSIONS%: all the dimensions that are present in the database are added on the selection screen under Basic Options.

  • numeric values: define the number of dimensions added on the selection screen under Basic Options.

<documentname>

Path: <outlook><documentname>

The template ID defined in Input and Report Templates. The ID does not need to be the same as the name of the XML definition file.

Note: Either <documentname> or <xbrldocumentname> is mandatory, depending on whether an input or report template or an XBRL template is in question.

<xbrldocumentname>

Path: <outlook><xbrldocumentname>

Possible values:

The template ID defined in XBRL Templates (task: XBRLMnt).

Note: XBRL reporting requires an XBRL licence. Either <xbrldocumentname> or <documentname> is mandatory, depending on whether an input or report template or an XBRL template is in question.

<integrationname>

Path: <outlook><integrationname>

The ID defined in data upload settings (task: integrationMnt).

Possible values:

  • ID

Note: The Data Uploader functionality is available in the Clausion Web Client for Clausion Cloud environments.
