New Features and Other Improvements
Productized views for utilizing Clausion data in Certent Disclosure Management
Feature ID: FD-21540
Clausion now offers productized OBDF data sharing views for the Certent Disclosure Management (CDM) application. The data sharing view replaces the previous direct connection between CDM and Clausion. For more information about the views, please reach out to your consultant.
Web Client and ISW Platform: Resource Center
Feature ID: FD-21201
Resource Center provides access to resources that help you to get up to speed with the product faster. The resources include help articles, videos, and other resources such as links to the user documentation site, customer support, and an Aha form for submitting feature and improvement ideas.
To access the Resource Center, click the question mark icon at the bottom of the left navigation menu. The Resource Center panel will open, displaying the available resources. You can search for resources using the search field and filter the results to show only articles or videos by selecting the respective tabs.
Note: Resource Center is available for the Clausion Web Client and Clausion on ISW Platform. Currently, Resource Center supports English, and support for Finnish and Swedish is coming in the following releases.
Hiding columns on generated input templates
Feature ID: FD-20270
You can now hide specific columns across generated data sets directly within the template XML file. This gives you greater control over report formatting, ensuring only the most relevant data is displayed, improving clarity and presentation.
The existing column width parameter in the settings component now applies to dynamically generated columns. If a base column is marked as generated and has a column width value, all columns derived from it will inherit the same width. For example, if the column width for the second data column is set to 0, then all generated versions of the second column will also have a width of 0, effectively hiding them. The default behavior of setting column width for regular (non-generated) columns remains unchanged.
Dynamic Reporting: Logging of incorrect formulas
Feature ID: FD-23201
In the Clausion Dynamic Reporting add-on, a log entry is now made for the use of incorrect formulas. A formula is incorrect if it does not contain existing values. You can check the log files to see what is causing the formula to malfunction. An error can occur, for example, if the unit used in the formula is not in the active tree, there is a typo in the account code, or a value or element is missing from the formula.
With the implementation of logging, you no longer receive a separate error message for the use of incorrect formulas.
