Clausion 23.04 Release Notes

Introduction

This document includes information about the new features, other improvements, and corrected known issues implemented in the Clausion 23.04 general availability version.

The previous general availability release is Clausion 22.11.

New Features and Other Improvements

New parameter %PERIOD CODES%

Feature ID: FD-7865

In Web Client, you can now select multiple periods by adding parameter “multiselect“ from User Interface Management.

Automatic calculated entries to be hidden, if input type column is missing

Feature ID: FD-7716

If the input type column is missing, Automatic Calculated Entry (ACE) clears out of view in the input template. This applies to both Desktop and Web Client.

Allow user to edit mapping using F2 keystroke from keyboard.

Feature ID: FD-7464

You can edit the value in any selected column using the F2 button on the keyboard in Data Upload Mapping screen.

Allow formulas with semicolon to work on Web Client

Feature ID: FD-7426

You can now open Excel templates that have a semicolon defined within the formulas in Web Client similarly to Desktop Client.

Extra Fields included in IDT

Feature ID: FD-6206

When you use the extra fields component, IDT allows the transfer of extra fields from FMDATAEXMAIN tables.

Internal Items: counter unit can't be same as unit

Feature ID: FD-5186

You get a validation message if Unit and Counter unit are the same for 20000 series with internal account. However, please note that any calculations like Automatic Counter Entries (ACE) will still be added even if Unit and Counter Unit are the same. In addition, the sheet for calculated rows that have the same combination of data does not return a validation message.

New parameters in datauploader schedules

Feature ID: FD-4209

In the Period and Year dropdowns in the Schedule section of Data Uploader management you have two new parameters available called %INTEGRATION PERIOD% and %INTEGRATION YEAR% . You can add custom values for both parameters from Custom Parameter management sheet. The values of these parameters are saved in the DB Table FMGLOBALPARAMETER. In addition, you can use %GLOBAL PERIOD% and %GLOBAL YEAR% parameters again.

Ribbon button tooltips corrected

Feature ID: FD-1848

In web client, you can now see the updated tooltips of ribbon buttons and view Zero Rows with a new Show Zero Rows button. The Zero Rows button appears after you click on the existing Hide Zero Rows button. The Hide Zero Rows button appears vice versa when you click on the Show Zero Rows button.

There will be warning if consolidation % is about to change

Feature ID: FD-109

When you change any existing consolidation percentage of any unit, a warning message displays for you to confirm the changes of consolidation with the options continue and cancel. If you change a value, click continue and then save, the new value applies. If you change the value, click cancel and then save, the old percentage value retains.
